1. About LifeAdmin

LifeAdmin is an independent digital service operated by Mouwaffek Haggui and designed to make everyday paperwork easier to understand and manage.

2. What LifeAdmin does

LifeAdmin helps organize and understand documents you choose to upload. Features may include document analysis, plain-language explanations, action extraction, deadlines, reminders, translations, document-grounded questions and editable reply drafts.

3. AI limitations and your responsibility

LifeAdmin uses automated AI systems. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for your situation. You must verify important dates, amounts, obligations, bank details, addresses and reference numbers against the original document before acting.

LifeAdmin is not a law firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, medical provider, government authority or emergency service. Nothing generated by LifeAdmin is professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, submissions and communications made using the service.

4. Your documents and permissions

You retain your rights in documents and other content you upload. You grant LifeAdmin and its processors only the limited permission needed to store, transmit and process that content to provide the features you request, protect the service and comply with applicable law.

You must have the right or lawful authority to upload and process submitted content, especially where documents contain information about other people.

5. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and notify LifeAdmin if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, payment controls, storage boundaries or other security measures.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use LifeAdmin to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, attack or probe the service without authorization, automate abusive traffic, obtain another user's data, manipulate subscription or quota state, or upload content you are not entitled to process.

7. Free usage and subscriptions

LifeAdmin may offer limited free usage and paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods, taxes and plan limits are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms presented by the applicable purchase channel until cancelled.

8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription using the billing-management option for the purchase channel. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access already paid for may continue until the end of the paid period unless the purchase channel or applicable law provides otherwise.

Mandatory EU/EEA consumer withdrawal and refund rights are not excluded by these Terms.

9. Service changes and availability

LifeAdmin may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes affecting paid functionality will be handled subject to applicable consumer law.

10. Account suspension and termination

LifeAdmin may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address security abuse, fraud, legal requirements or serious violations of these Terms. You can request account deletion from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes LifeAdmin account data subject to technical completion and information that payment or other processors must lawfully retain.

11. Intellectual property

LifeAdmin's software, branding, interface and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to mandatory rights, LifeAdmin is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user acting on unverified AI output contrary to the warnings presented in the product.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are intended to be governed by the law applicable to the provider established in Germany, without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers under the law that applies to their residence or any forum/dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes

LifeAdmin may update these Terms when needed for legal, security or product reasons. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, you may be asked to review and accept the updated version.
