Delete directly inside the app
Recommended for active iOS & Android installations. Once confirmed, deletion starts from your device without waiting for a support exchange.

Sign in & Open SettingsLaunch LifeAdmin and open your profile or settings area.

Use the assisted manual verification procedure when your device or account access is unavailable.

Security warning Never include passwords or authentication codes. We may request additional verification before any deletion is processed.
Account deletion is designed to remove the LifeAdmin authentication account and user-owned LifeAdmin data, including private stored documents and associated application records, subject to technical completion and records another processor must lawfully retain.
Some payment or compliance records may remain with processors where required by law.
App store subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Those subscriptions must be managed in the relevant store settings.
If an eligible Stripe web subscription exists, LifeAdmin attempts cancellation during account deletion when technically possible.
Individual document deletion
You do not need to delete your whole account just to remove one document. LifeAdmin also provides document-level and original-file deletion controls.
Keep your account active while removing only the records you no longer need.
