What LifeAdmin does
LifeAdmin helps users scan or upload paperwork and turn it into a structured explanation. The app can highlight important facts, possible actions, amounts and dates; support follow-up questions; translate content; prepare reply drafts; create reminders; and keep the document and its history organized in one place.
Who it is for
The product is designed primarily for people living in Germany, including newcomers, international workers, students, migrants and expats who may receive official or contractual documents in German. It can also help German speakers who want a simpler way to understand and organize everyday paperwork.
What LifeAdmin is not
How our public guides are sourced
LifeAdmin publishes free guides about common paperwork topics in Germany. The goal is practical clarity rather than generic translation. Where a guide makes an important factual claim, we aim to link to an official or trusted German source such as Bundesagentur für Arbeit, gesund.bund.de, Make it in Germany, Verbraucherzentrale or the IAB.
Guide pages include update dates and a source section. We prefer primary and official sources for rules, procedures and public-service information. Because rules and administrative processes can change, readers should verify time-sensitive details with the responsible authority.
Use of AI in content and product features
AI tools may assist with document explanation, translation, drafting and the preparation or structuring of public educational content. That does not make an AI answer authoritative. The original document and linked official sources remain the reference points for important decisions.
Privacy approach
LifeAdmin explains when AI processing is required and asks for permission before personal document data is sent to OpenAI for an AI feature. The exact current handling of personal data, storage and account controls is described in the Privacy Policy.
Languages
The public website includes dedicated English, German and Arabic content. The app supports English, German, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish and Turkish.
